Preparation of detailed quantities during the planning & budgeting phase, finalizing the quantity/scope of material/subcontractor order, prepare and put up the additional claims for the project, keep record of additional works carried out, including quantity, cost and time, Monthly reconcile the actual progress of activities in coordination with Planning, project control regarding the cost overrun, preparation of client invoice, periodic material reconciliation, review of MIS statement, etc.
