1. Drilling Personal Contract.
Employees hired for the Drilling operations could be hired on rotation status, single resident, married with spouse only or married with dependents status.
Rotation status employees are required to work continuously for 28 days an then go for 28days paid field break. Rotation status employees are provided meals, laundry and accommodation at the rig site by KOC.The company will provided business class round trio air ticket for the rotation status employees travel.
Employees on rotation status are not eligible for any leave. They will also be provided four- wheel drive vehicles with gasoline.
