1. B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

2. 6+ years experience in software business analysis

3. 2+ years experience in Telecom Domain

4. Business oriented UML Diagrams

5. Very strong communication skills: verbal, presentations, specifications, developer briefings, communication of roadmaps, product reviews

6. Hands on approach and not afraid to getting hands dirty, for example in design phase, acceptance testing or prototype evaluation

7. Good knowledge in product development methodologies and processes
Preferable:

1. Domain knowledge in marketing technology, such as mobile marketing, email marketing, CRM, direct marketing, analytics, online advertising, or an enterprise software product for mobile operators

2. Knowledge and understanding of mobile operator infrastructure

3. Experience in messaging protocols like SMPP, MM7, SS7 etc.

4. Experience in SQL/PLSQL

5. Experience in Agile Development Methodology.
Job Profile
Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the Business Analyst are as follows:

1. Will work closely with Technical Director, Architects, Support & Development teams

2. Competitive product research and customer requirement gathering and translate into product features and requirements

3. Requirements Management & prioritization after consulting the business

4. Close and proactive interaction with leadership team on defining product scope and direction

5. Act as product expert internally and assist SIT offices when required

6. Detailed acceptance testing of development deliverables

7. Respond to complex support requests from customers or support team

8. Participate scrum meetings

9. Participate and contribute in innovation and process improvement initiatives

10. May have to work in cross functional team on process improvement
