Must have experience in Oil & Gas sector.

1. Prepare & submit monthly valuations promptly and on time.
2. Establish correct quantities of work items and materials from the drawings / specifications.
3. Monitor activity-wise income / expenditure and prepare cost control reports as per laid down frequency.
4. Maintain close coordination with the construction team for taking measurements of work done. Access extra items, claim situations for and against the company. Keeping both project Manager and Manager Contracts aware periodically.
5. Prepare subcontract documents and work orders for the approval of Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager.
6. Asst. the Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager in completing periodic contract review.
7. Promptly process bills and invoices of subcontractor for payment.
8. Tracking and monitoring all delays on the part of company/ contractor for individual purchase orders to apply for bonus/ penalty scheme.
9. Keep a record of unplanned jobs as well as emergency purchase orders to apply for uplift of unit rates.
10. Identify the requirement of third party services/ sub contracting for individual purchase orders, inviting quotations, preparation of comparative statements and purchase orders for approval.
