Leave details
Leave is accrued at the rate of 3.5 calendar days per month totaling to 42 calendar days per year including travel time. Single Status - Two interim leaves per year consisting of 12 calendar days including travel. - One home leave consisting of 18 calendar days including travel. - Air tickets provided for employee and eligible dependents. Married Status - one interim leave per year of 12 calendar days including travel. No air tickets provided. - One home leave consisting of 30 calendar days including travel.Air tickets provided for employee and eligible dependents.
Leave tickets
Provided -Least cost economy class round trip excursion, air ticket via most direct route from point of origin to Kuwait. Cash – in – lieu of airfare may be given, based on current market rate. • Accompanied excess baggage allowance of 20Kg or 1 extra piece (as applicable) will be provided for employee and each eligible dependent for expatriation and repatriation trips. • Travel allowance of 10% of the applicable airfare will be provided for employee and each eligible dependent.

Education assistance:
School tuition and transportation provided for two children of age (5 to 18 years) residing in Kuwait.
Processing:
In addition to the above, OSSC will be responsible for processing all the paper works in order to legalize the employees and families stay in Kuwait.
Note for married status employees:
Authorized dependents will be relocated to Kuwait only after the completion of the employee’s probationary period of 42 days and also upon the completion of residence permit formalities.
1. Experience in Contract strategy (eg.Development of objectives, work plan, alternative plan helped to improve performance.
2. The ability to analyse and evaluate risks at different project phase, good understanding of projects scope that enable to reduce company exposure.
3. Able to perform market survey. Has international best practices on wide range of issues (eg.suitability of contractors, contracting strategy in common use, international tenders, current pricing trends, projects finance issues(eg.letter of credit, bay back, commodity and currency fluctuations) and technical issues such as licensed technology and build/operate issues.)
4. Experience in at least 3 pre-qualification exercise. The ability to perform periodic reviews of pre-qualified contractors measured against defined.
5. Experience in negotiation of at least 3 contracts (related to oilfield Service Company.
6. Experience in handling and resolving disputes and claims by proposing alternative options that suits both parties
CONTRACT EXPERIENCE
To prepare technical and non technical tender documents, evaluate the tenders submitted, negotiate prices, terms and conditions with contractors, process the award of contracts, handle contract administration and subsequent amendments related to the following types:
1. Supply, Installation & Maintenance of submersible pumping system
2. Provision of stick line, surface well testing and gas lift services.
3. Laboratory Services
4. Coiled Tubing
5. Consultancy in Exploration & Production domains.
6. Cased hole logging
7. Reservoir rock properties & Fluid Analysis services
8. Wire line logging.
